Dubai, February 22, 2017:  The Human Resources Department of Emirates Post Group honoured 38 managers for successfully completing the Tamouh management development program in 2016.

This is the first batch to complete the intensive training program which consisted of 8 modules, covering key elements of effective management, including training, research and discussions on many disciplines, ranging from leadership competencies, planning for future, and ‘my vision’ based on the books 'My Vision” and “Flashes of Thought” written by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, to apply best practices in leadership and excellence.
Acting CEO of Emirates Post Group Mr. Abdulla Mohammed Alashram presented certificates to the successful officials at a graduation ceremony held at the EPG head office in Dubai recently.

Addressing the graduates, Mr. Alashram said the Tomouh project, which targeted leaders from second and third level managers, was designed to boost performance and productivity, in line with the vision of the wise leadership and as a part of the human resources development strategy in cooperation with the strategy partner company ‘Bbusinesss’ with a focus on interactive practical training and analysis of real-life conditions.

Mr. Alashram congratulated all the participants on the success achieved after 18 months of research and hard work within the working groups, as part of Al Tomouh management development t program.
