Dubai, United Arab Emirates, March 27, 2017: 800 DEGREES NEAPOLITAN PIZZERIA, an Italian concept originating from L.A., introduces spicy and baked additions to its appetizer and main course menus at all outlets. The new additions include a sizzler called Agnello Al Forno a succulent baked lamb shank spiced with Italian herbs and corn along with a half-portion of 800 DEGREES’s famous Patate Al Forno, and even a spicy Chicken Tikka Pizza. Further additions include a Pollo Al Forno, a spiced baked chicken served with a side of vegetables, and a traditional Bacalla Acqua Pazza of Atlantic Cod poached with vegetables in an Italian spiced fish broth.

800 DEGREES’ traditional Neapolitan Pizzas are made with specially sourced Napoli 00 flour and ingredients prepared freshly every morning, and baked to perfection in an almond wood-fired oven at 800 Degrees Fahrenheit. 800 DEGREES makes its authentic Pizza Napoletana with flour, salt, water and wild yeast for a fluffy crust and thin base. One can also choose a 95% gluten-free base and over 5 choices of sauces to spice up the traditional Neapolitan Pizza. Customizable from the base up, one can either choose from a set menu of specialty pizzas or create one’s own pizza for a truly personal feel. Apart from pizzas, 800 DEGREES also hosts a pasta station, a variety of salads, sides, gelato, Italian desserts, coffees and special Italian drinks.
