Bollywood actress Preity Zinta inaugurates Al Adil Supermarket in Bahrain

Dubai, UAE, May 25, 2017:  Al Adil Trading Co LLC, U.A.E.’s leading name for Indian food stuff expanded their presence in Bahrain when they re-opened the outlet of Al Adil Supermarket. The outlet was inaugurated by Ms. Preity Zinta, the beautiful Indian actress in the presence of  Dr. Dhananjay Datar, Chairman. Dr. Dhananjay (Jay) Datar, who is is popularly known as Masala King, said that the crowd to witness the re-opening was quite huge and much higher than what was experienced during the earlier inaugurations. “We are extremely happy to note that a record crowd of more than 50,000 people turned up for the re-opening of our outlet which is situated in the heart of Bahrain at Yateem Centre Mall, Manama. The outlet will meet the growing needs of people for high quality Indian food stuff.  Thanks to the support and the wholesome patronage extended by the expat as well as local population we are able to strengthen our presence in this part of the world. Our expansion plan is a growing testimony to the faith that our customers have in our products. Today Al Adil has become synonymous with high quality Indian foodstuff and we are planning to open more supermarkets in Bahrain soon,” he added.

“We chose Preity Zinta to be the face of our inauguration as she represented the Indian woman of today. She has stamped her mark as a dynamic personality in the film industry as well as making her presence felt as a leader in the sports area. She is a woman of substance and her motivating presence during the IPL matches has made her a household name among cricket lovers. She is a perfect-brand fit for us and today’s crowd is a strong testimony to the support she enjoys among her fans,” pointed out Dr. Datar. Ms. Zinta expressed her happiness in attending the inauguration. “I have read so much about Mr.Datar and I have heard from my many friends about the difference Al Adil has made in their lives.  It is my privilege to become an integral part of Al Adil and I believe that Al Adil will enhance their presence with mores stores in the near future,” she said.

Dr. Dhananjay is  recently honored by Forbes ME with Top Indian Leader in the Arab World 2017 – Retail award.
