Empower will provide its services to finished and under construction projects in Al Jaddaf area. Being the world's largest district cooling services provider, the company is keen to provide residents of Jaddaf area with the latest district cooling technologies, which will help reduce energy consumption and provide more efficient and eco-friendly cooling services for their developments.

With many residential and commercial apartments, this area also has a metro station which is controlled by the Roads and Transport Authority of Dubai (RTA).
