Mubaraka Ibrahim, stressed that the new feature further involves patients with the development of their healthcare plans--providing them with direct communication via the smart gateway and through a private messaging feature offered by the new system. The user will be able to access his medical file to view the results of medical analysis, which can later be downloaded or printed on the patient's personal computer. The new system can also be used to manage other family member’s accounts.
