With teams from 75 different nations participating Chef Achira represented the UAE Team in the individual categories at the culinary world cup. A team of 52 jurors, who are chefs from different countries, were tasked to evaluate the teams' creations, based on- appearance, composition, accurate and professional preparation, service (execution, portions, innovation and choice of material). Combining the latest and most innovative methods in baking with his passion, over the course of 5 days of the competition he won a gold medal for Pastry Artistic 01 and 02 categories. Besides bagging two prestigious accolades, Chef Achira also won a gold medal for Pastry Art category as well as a trophy for being the overall winner in Pastry Art!
