It is really admiring when I see lots of people fit and fab. How do they even do that? How? Don’t they see all these tempting foods, both to the eyes and soul satisfaction? One should have extreme control over them self in the current world to be able to maintain these perfect figures. When we love ourselves the most, we dedicate to ourselves cautiously. Self-care is one of the main reasons for being in good health, shape. With all the accepting yourself, being yourself talk, saying anything about weight has become an offending topic and a very sensitive topic.
Being yourself is nothing wrong, but there is an undeniable truth, accepting and being confident in yourself is the most beautiful charm anybody can accept. but there is reality knocking us, which we just ignore, being confident and proud about our doesn't help on the long run, like using slow poison we are killing yourself internally. The damage that our body suffers internally is irreparable damage and collective suffering which we carry to our older self as a gift.
WHERE TO START
This is a very imposing question where exactly to start, or how to start. But in reality, it has nothing to do where we start, start from anywhere. You can see the result only after starting so start anywhere, with the very small basic habit to the very big addiction that needs to address, at the earliest.
Food is the one major craving that needs to be controlled and god! With all the food that’s available its hard to resist. The major trick that worked for many, never resists, yes never resist. Eat everything but the right way. Make sure the food intake is healthy, well healthy food is not that appetizing, but lip-smacking healthy snacks available. The blame and the appreciation both go to the globalization. It came with both good and bad.
Most of the current working styles, stick us to the chair, making us rigid and inflexible. The amount of mental pressure is unmeasurable but is our body ready to cope up with the increased emotional and mental pressure. How does work out of help, think again. The better you are the better you are to handle things, both mental and physical flexibility work hand in hand. So definitely make time to hit the gym or at least do the small workout at home, like running, walking, cycling etc.
HOW IT HELPS
Being in an ideal weight according to your body weight, it helps in great leaps in improving your health. The excess weight of overweight can affect your health from an early age causing, Cardiovascular disease, heart attack, stroke, Diabetes, Cancer, Arthritis, Gallstones, Asthma, Cataracts, Infertility, Snoring, Sleep apnea.
It is not that ideal weight will avoid all the health risks, but it definitely helps in reducing the risk at a greater length.
