Oriental Pearls hosts Spring Lantern Festival celebrations at site of upcoming Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai

Dubai, 20 February 2019: Oriental Pearls hosted extravagant Spring Lantern Festival celebrations at the site of the iconic Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai. The Spring Lantern Festival is observed on the fifteenth day of the first month in the Chinese calendar and marks the final day of the traditional Chinese New Year festivities.

This is the first major event by the developer targeting the High Net worth Chinese market, a rapidly growing segment in the UAE for premium residences in prestigious neighbourhoods.

The evening reception featured lion dances and other traditional festivities at the expansive 4.6 million square-foot site of the upcoming iconic Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai in Meydan, in the presence of senior dignitaries, members of the Chinese Social Club and other Chinese associations.

The project is developing rapidly, with reinforcements and post-tension work in progress on the first floor. Once complete, Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai will offer freehold premium apartments inspired by timeless design, reminiscent of Tonino Lamborghini’s clean lines and dynamic forms with top quality finishes.

Ma Guolong, CEO of Oriental Peals, said: “We are delighted to announce that the development of Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai is progressing at a rapid pace barely two months since we unveiled the project. We are especially happy to announce these developments during the Spring Lantern Festival – an auspicious occasion which historically marks prosperity and good health. We believe 2019 will be a momentous year for us as we continue to hit even bigger milestones in our journey to deliver this one-of-a-kind project in the UAE.”

Tonino Lamborghini Residences Dubai will offer a combination of smart technology, contemporary design and lush green landscapes. It will also offer a full spectrum of convenient amenities and retail services, along with seamless technology and advanced climate control of communal spaces for residents.

In 2018, Oriental Pearls announced a multi-million dollar agreement with Tonino Lamborghini s.p.a., a renowned Italian company that is known for designing lavish hospitality projects. The agreement with Oriental Pearls will see the developer apply the Tonino Lamborghini branding, philosophy and values across its real estate developments in Dubai.
