Now rollover unused data and minutes with the all-new ‘WaselGo' prepaid line

  •  Up to 3 favourite numbers with 500 mins each
  •  Flexibility to adapt your plan based on usage on a weekly basis

Abu Dhabi, 24 April 2019:   For the first time in the UAE, Etisalat prepaid customers can now rollover data and minutes and enjoy the benefit of any unused allowance. New ‘WaselGo’ will offer a selection of four value-packed weekly plans starting from just AED 10 .50 , including multiple ‘market first’ features such as ‘rollover’ of data and flexi minutes, and up to three favourite numbers to make almost endless calls to loved ones (500 minutes per number).

With the rollover feature, customers will not lose anything they pay for as their unused data and minutes will be added to their new allowances upon renewal, re-subscription, or moving between plans.

Khaled Elkhouly, Chief Consumer Officer, Etisalat, said: “At Etisalat, we understand the varying customer requirements as there is a continuous effort in understanding the usage patterns of all our subscribers. This unique service offering ‘Wasel Go’ is in line with our long-term vision to constantly innovate and a testimony to our efforts in making the change to address the varying desires of our customers.

“For the first time in the UAE, our valued prepaid customers can now rollover data and minutes conveniently keeping track and utilise any of their unused data and minutes. This compelling rollover feature and upto three favourite numbers to make almost endless calls to loved ones bring a lot of flexibility and gives customers peace of mind.”
