Awarded ‘Best Partner for 2018’ for overall performance and consistently high customer service
Dubai, UAE, 19 May 2019: Jumbo Electronics, the leading omnichannel tech-retailer in the region, was awarded ‘Best Partner for 2018’ by leading telecom operator du for achieving retail excellence based on overall sales performance, operational compliance at all outlets and high-quality customer service.
The retailer also won the ‘du Star Award’ for supporting du’s Franchise Unit during 2018, the ‘Best Sales Staff Enterprise Segment Award’ and the ‘Best Sales Staff Fixed Services Segment Award’. The awards reinforce Jumbo’s strong sales performance and target achievements month-on-month, as well as their commitment to continuously put the customer at the heart of the retail journey.
The company has a high Transaction Net Promoter Score (TNPS), a customer experience program that measures every transaction with the customer through SMS to rate the interaction with du and the agent on a scale of 1-10.

Jumbo won recognition as the ‘Best Sales Staff Enterprise Segment’ for running a successful enterprise segment and the ‘Best Sales Staff Fixed Services Segment’ for selling the highest number of broadband services.
Last year, the company also received an accolade for exceptional cooperation and support in the ‘Overall Franchise Store Management’ category for the first half of 2018. The award is given to companies that meet du’s key performance indicators (KPIs) for franchise stores, overall sales, store and stock management and average waiting time management.
Jumbo currently has 24 franchise stores with du and recently launched du’s operations in Century Mall, Fujairah and at Virgin Megastore in The Dubai Mall in April 2019, with plans to open another 14 du franchise stores by the end of this year.
