Oblique Creations has been proudly reinforcing its business plan in the United Arab Emirates. The Made in Italy brand founded in 2006 in Bologna by Olesya Petrenko, Russian by birth and Bolognese by adoption, was the special protagonist of a live event in the emirate.
Yesterday October 13th, the colossal department store THAT Concept Store at the Mall of the Emirates hosted a fashion show dedicated to the Fall-Winter 2021/22 collection, in the presence of the media, influencers, buyers and potential customers.
The brand has been set up a prestigious corner inside the store since 2020, a particular year that proved to be performing on the sales front, despite the pandemic. And in the wake of the positive results, Oblique creations is going to start a new phase of business development in the region, which will bring the company to operate, in the next 2-3 years, not only in the area of the Arab Emirates, but also in India, Bahrain and Egypt. This will be made possible thanks to a strategy of distribution growth on both the retail and digital fronts as well as the cooperation with Roncucci & Partners consulting company. The plans will include the introduction of deals with local platforms and top players for the e-commerce.
Today, the retail network of Oblique Creations includes about 200 doors and 9 mono-brand boutiques, located in Europe, Russia and USA. In Milan the showroom deals with Italy, Middle and Far East, but the brand is also represented in Paris, Düsseldorf, Prague, Kiev, Moscow, New York and Athens.
The company has succeeded in appealing to the Arab customers and to the whole world especially for the Italian manufacturing and the great attention to sustainability.
