Conducts Knowledge Exchange Session in Investments and Savings Programs
Dubai-UAE: 2 October, 2013 - National Bonds Corporation PJSC, a leading investment company that offers a unique, sharia'a-compliant savings scheme in the UAE, welcomed a delegation from the Saudi Credit & Savings Bank as part of a knowledge-exchange initiative in the areas of savings and investment.
Mohammad Qasim Al Ali, CEO of National Bonds, welcomed the delegation that was led by Abdul Rahman Ibrahim Al Khayal, Assistant Director General for Savings, Saudi Credit & Savings Bank, and included Ahmad Abdulkarim Al Ghadeer and Faisal Barakat Bawazeer from the savings management department.
During the meeting, the two parties reiterated the need to establish a culture of saving among citizens and residents in the GCC region.
Based on its experience with the hugely successful retail bond certificates, which have become a household name in saving schemes among the UAE's largely expatriate multi-cultural residents, National Bonds Corporation shared successful proof points with the delegation on the implementation of innovative savings products and services

The Saudi Credit & Savings Bank delegation, on its part, outlined its achievements and latest developments, as well as strategic goals for the current fiscal year. The visitors also appreciated National Bonds' strategic planning to overcome unprecedented challenges through the global financial crisis and the recent political shifts in the Arab region.
