• Award underlines commitment to changing the face of banking in the UAE
Dubai-UAE: October 26, 2013 - Noor Islamic Bank (Noor) has won the ‘Most Improved Branches for 2013' award at the prestigious Annual Bank Benchmarking Index (BBI) Awards, held as part of the fourth UAE Customer Service Week. The award is the fifth customer service honour won by Noor in the past 12 months.
Ambreen Khan, Head of Service Quality, Operations at Noor Islamic Bank, received the award, at a ceremony held at the Westin Dubai Mina Seyahi Beach Resort and Marina.
John Chang, Head of Consumer Banking at Noor, said: “Noor has consistently prioritised the delivery of innovative products and high quality services. This is fundamental to our ambition to provide an unmatched customer experience.
“Winning a fifth customer service linked award in 12 months underlines our commitment to changing the face of banking by delivering products and services that meet the changing financial needs of all the residents of the UAE.”
The ‘Most Improved Branches' honour, at the 2013 Annual Bank Benchmarking Index (BBI) Awards, is the latest in a series of customer service related recognitions won by Noor in the past 12 months. These include the Citibank Straight Through Processing Excellence Award, ‘STAR AWARD for the Best Complaint Management and Service Recovery in the Private Sector', the ‘Bank Benchmarking Index Most Improved Call Center Award', the Trade and Export Middle East ‘Islamic Finance Bank of the Year Award' and the Banker ME ‘Best Corporate Account Award'.
