Figjam, the Dubai-based food & beverage agency has appointed Karan Purohit as its new product development manager. Karan, who has worked with chefs Heston Blumenthal, Jose Andres and Atul Kochhar and has attended the Culinary Institute of America joins Figjam to head up the development of food product for its on and off-trade clients as well as food-specific disciplines.
