Dubai, UAE: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 10.3 billion in total during the week ending 10 February 2023. The sum of transactions was 2,785.
311 plots were sold for AED 2 billion, 1,999 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.59 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Wadi Al Safa 2 sold for AED 78 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 55 million in Um Suqaim Second, and a land sold for AED 78 million in Wadi Al Safa 2 in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 130 sales transactions worth AED 399.18 million, followed by Al Yufrah 1 with 51 sales transactions worth AED 301.69 million, and Jabal Ali First with 23 sales transactions worth AED 124 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a villa was sold for AED 183 million in Palm Jumeirah, a was second in the list sold for AED 156 million in Business Bay, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 117 million in Al Wasl.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 3.48 billion, with the highest being a land in Jabal Ali First, mortgaged for AED 2 billion.
88 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 292 million.
