Dubai: The real estate and properties transactions valued at AED 8.1 billion in total during the week ending 13 January 2023. The sum of transactions was 2,574.
221 plots were sold for AED 1.18 billion, 1,889 apartments and villas were sold for AED 4.93 billion.
The top three transactions were a land in Jabal Ali First sold for AED 46.1 million, followed by a land that was sold for AED 45.01 million in Wadi Al Safa 4, and a land sold for AED 46.1 million in Jabal Ali First in third place.
Al Hebiah Fifth recorded the most transactions for this week by 112 sales transactions worth AED 433.61 million, followed by Al Jadaf with 25 sales transactions worth AED 57.53 million, and Jabal Ali First with 21 sales transactions worth AED 115 million in third place.
The top three transfers for apartments and villas were a was sold for AED 120 million in Al Jadaf, an apartment was second in the list sold for AED 116 million in Island 2, and thirdly it was an apartment sold for AED 72 million in Island 2.
The sum of the amount of mortgaged properties for the week was 1.51 billion, with the highest being a land in Madinat Al Mataar, mortgaged for AED 237 million.
92 properties were granted between first-degree relatives worth AED 498 million.
